Four GM vehicles became movie stars in
"Transformers" and will save the earth
Transformers is a movie involving the
battle between the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons, two
warring factions of transforming robots from the planet
Cybertron. Again a masterpiece of the “Good against the Evil”!

The good guys are the Autobots: Optimus
Prime, SoundWave, Jazz, Ultra Magnus, and many more and they are
provided by General Motors Their mortal enemies are the evil
Decepticons, led by Megatron and StarScream.
 The Autobots must save their home planet from
an evil entity known as Unicron (voiced by Orson Welles). At the same
time, they must defend themselves from an all-out attack from the
Decepticons.

Along the way, lives are lost, battles are fought, and a
new Autobot leader is born as another dies.

The HUMMER H2 stars as Autobot Ratchet.

Bumblebee is based on the new Chevy Camaro concept car and the
1975 original.
Ironhide, the medium-duty GMC pickup, got his name being the
toughest there is.
The
Pontiac Solstice GXP stars as Autobot Jazz.
