Valeo’s new Chairman

The Board of Directors having re-examined in depth the Group's strategy, André Navarri, Chairman of the Board, has decided to focus on other professional projects. He is replaced by Thierry Morin, Valeo's Chief Financial Officer, who has been coopted as a member of the Board and appointed Chairman.

In addition, a proposal will be put forward to the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to change the mode of management of the company to one of Management Board and Supervisory Board. Noël Goutard will be proposed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Thierry Morin as Chairman of the Management Board.

The date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the text of the resolutions will be fixed by the Board of Directors in the near future.
